Learn valuable skills with our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program. Gracie Jiu-Jitsu is fun, motivating and practical. This art is easy to learn for people of all ages – men, woman and children. This grappling art teaches students how to use leverage over weight and technique over strength.
Children: Jiu-Jitsu enhances the ability to focus on a tasks and the resolve to follow through until the goal is achieved. Learn Anti-Bully techniques, how to be a leader and defuse physical confrontation.
Adults: Jiu-Jitsu is great for toning muscles, weight loss, building functional strength and stamina. Men and woman both, learn amazing self-defense techniques.
These classes require a gi/uniform. Uniforms may be purchased at Ground Level Martial Arts. Students are permitted to bring their own uniforms as long as they adhere to the following:
1. Uniforms must be either white or blue, no exceptions.
2. Uniforms must either be a jiu-jitsu or judo uniform.
3. Uniforms must be free of sponsorship patches UNLESS the student is actually sponsored by the company displayed on their uniform.

Membership at Ground Level gives students access to ANY class. Students may attend class AS OFTEN as they desire.
Initial sign-up must be for 3 or more months. After initial sign-up, membership fees may be paid monthly.

On August 8 2009 head instructor Kevin Rhinehart along with four of his students traveled to Indiana to train with Jason Fox, a black belt 3G representative. The training was followed by a belt presentation. Kijafa Spiller was promoted to the rank of blue belt. Congratulations and keep up the hard work.

Mr. Aaron Morris, a brown belt 3G representative from World Class Martial Arts, was in town and was kind enough to guest instruct on Saturday July 19 2009. In addition to the awesome class, Aaron also took some time to promote some of my students.
