Submission grappling is a formula of competition and a general term describing the aspect of martial arts and combat sports that focus on clinch and ground fighting with the aim of obtaining a submission using submission holds.
There is NO uniform requirement for this class, however, a pair of MMA shorts and a rashguard are highly recommended.
This class is both real world and competition oriented.

Membership at Ground Level gives students access to ANY class. Students may attend class AS OFTEN as they desire.
Initial sign-up must be for 3 or more months. After initial sign-up, membership fees may be paid monthly.
