MMA Kardio was specifically designed for both men and women looking to get a serious cardio and aerobic workout. This class utilizes various drills and techniques to help burn fat, increase muscle endurance, stamina and overall strength. This hour long class is both fun and challenging so expect to work up a good sweat.
